You’re Invited: Coffee, Community, Conversation
On Friday mornings, join us for coffee (or tea if you prefer), conversation, and community gatherings in the Gallery. Every parent is welcome every Friday, though we especially invite specific classes on a rotating basis (just in case you can't make it to every one). Just park your car, come in to the Gallery, and meet your fellow RDS parents over a cup of Peet's coffee or tea from 7:55AM to 8:45AM-ish. (Typically there’s no food at these casual coffees, but good company and hot drinks a-plenty.)
Special: Taste and Explore Ideas with Thelma
You probably know how much the kids love cooking with Thelma. Now, at one Friday coffee every month, Thelma plans to share foods, recipes, and information with parents, with a new theme at each event. Come in, taste, explore, and get new ideas for lunchbox and family snack items—as Thelma says, “Ingest...for the rest of your life.”
Parking in the RDS lot can be difficult in the morning and can cause safety issues as parents scurry to get their kids to class on time. Please consider parking on the street further down Sheffield (not across from RDS) or on MacArthur.
