We look forward to meeting your family and introducing you to Redwood Day's community, program, and pedagogy and partnering with you through the admissions process.
Our website is a great starting point in this journey. As you read through the website, we welcome you to complete our online inquiry form, and encourage you to sign up for our community events.
We are excited to host families on our beautiful campus, meet prospective Redwood Day students, and share more about how our unique learning environment prepares students for their next challenge, both academically and holistically. We will also hold several virtual opportunities for families to learn more about Redwood Day, but we recommend experiencing the School and community firsthand.
We hope that through our process, you are able to get any questions you might have answered and leave our events with a clear understanding of our program and community. This is a warm and welcoming community that honors the identities of its members and seeks to gain greater understanding through shared learning.

Tuition assistance application deadline for current Redwood Day families and faculty/staff.

All supplemental documents should be uploaded through School Admin: fall report card; previous two years' report cards; letter of recommendation; student statement (for middle school applicants only).

Optional early admissions application deadline to guarantee a parent/guardian interview ($65 application fee).

Admissions applications for the 2025-26 school year are due ($100 application fee).

Enrollment materials for 2025-26 Redwood Day enrollment will be sent to returning Redwood Day families electronically on February 7. Contracts and enrollment deposits must be submitted electronically by February 13, 2025, by 12:00 p.m.
March 20, 2025
Prospective Redwood Day families can expect to receive emailed Admissions decisions this afternoon. Family decisions will be due back the following Thursday, March 20. These dates are shared by all member schools of the East Bay Independent Schools Association (EBISA).
March 27, 2025
Enrollment decisions and contracts from new Redwood Day families are due by 10:00 a.m.
